The router works fine in the room it is in, and not much anywhere else. Or the wireless is slow even next to it. Or the printer worked last month.
Most of this is placement, band congestion, or a router that is fine but badly configured. None of it needs new hardware, and all of it is fixable in one visit.

The honest part
A lot of wireless problems are solved by moving the router, and almost nobody does it. One metre out of a cupboard, off the floor, away from a metal appliance, is often the whole fix and it costs nothing.
I will tell you when that is all it needs, before anyone suggests buying an expensive mesh system.

No booking form and no call centre. I will tell you honestly whether it sounds like something I can fix, and roughly what it will cost.

Early morning, evening, weekend or public holiday - all normal, none surcharged. Home or office. You can watch the work.

The price is agreed before the job starts, and if a part is needed you get the cost price rather than a mark-up.

It works, or you do not pay
If I cannot fix it, there is no charge. If something I did stops working, I come back and look at it.
Network Setup - common questions
Do I need a mesh system?
Usually not. Extenders and mesh units are widely sold as the answer to dead spots, and often the actual problem is a router in a bad position or on the wrong band. I will check that first, and tell you honestly if hardware is genuinely needed.
Can I keep my existing router?
In most cases, yes. Repositioning it and changing a few settings fixes more than a new one does.
Can you set up printers and other devices?
Yes - printers, scanners, TVs, consoles, smart home devices, everything on the network. That is most of the visit.
